Labrador Holdings, LLC is a privately held investment and holding company. We seek out high quality core, value-add, and opportunistic investment opportunities yielding above average to exceptional results.

Labrador Holdings does not sell securities or accept investments from individuals. We seek like-minded partners with similar goals and objectives to partner with on projects of mutual interest. Our partners include owners, investors, and individuals.

The level of our participation varies from project to project and can range from passive investor to active manager. Our core focus is in real estate investment with experience in property management, maintenance, operation, and project management; however, our investments are not limited to real estate.
